Senodis Technologies GmbH presents an innovative solution for individual component identification in high-temperature processes in metal processing: CeraCode®. The marking with a data matrix code is done with a specially developed ink that can withstand temperatures of 1,300 degrees, which can occur in hot forming, press or case hardening. To date, there has been no satisfactory marking solution that, on the one hand, reliably withstood the downstream high-temperature processes and, on the other hand, enabled individual traceability. With CeraCode®, components can now be individually identified and all relevant data can be linked to the component and read out throughout the entire process. Cost potential in the areas of quality, logistics and process optimization are the focus of the innovative technology.
