This universal deburring machine is designed for the complete processing of punched and laser cut parts. Processing steps include: deburring, rounding, removal of oxide from the edges and surface finishing for your sheet metal parts – from individual parts to larger quantities. Thanks to a passage width of 1300 mm, a wide variety of parts can be processed. The rotary brushes make up the core element of the EdgeBreaker® 6000. They ensure a very uniform edge rounding result and a radius of up to 2.0 mm along the edges.
With a grinding belt, rotary brushes and a finishing unit, the EdgeBreaker® 6000 is also the most universal deburring machine in the EdgeBreaker® family. Thanks to unique edge rounding, simple controls, fast tool change and automatic wear measurement, you can process your sheet metal parts reliably and with consistent quality.
The EdgeBreaker® 6000 has a vacuum table as a support for the parts. This enables the machine to securely hold even small parts and process them with repeatable accuracy.
