Your tasks:
We are looking for motivated, eager to learn and practice-oriented engineers.
The job is based in Darmstadt, Germany.
After initial training and a practical handover period, you will, under the guidance of experienced colleagues
directly with customers.
- Troubleshooting software-related problems
- Software setup, installation and integration
- Briefing and training customers online or directly on site.
- Consultation with clients on design and maintenance of software systems.
- Communicate with engineers, programmers and others to provide information on
project constraints and opportunities, performance requirements and
interfaces.
- Perform required activities under minimal supervision
- Supporting the sales department in the pre-sales and after-sales areas
