YOUR TASKS:
- Responsibility for planning, coordination and control of our battery cell forming and testing products with focus on power electronics and testing equipment as well as forming chambers including contacting of battery cells.
- Conducting market, customer and competitor analyses as well as defining requirements for future developments in the field of battery cell forming and testing
- Analysis and selection of suitable processes and technologies for battery cell forming and testing
- Support of sales and project planning as well as development of supplier networks
- Interface work between sales, project planning, purchasing and the international engineering departments
- Further development and optimization of products with regard to quality and customer requirements

YOUR PROFILE:
- Successfully completed technical studies in the field of electrical engineering
- Very good technical understanding and sound experience in the field of power electronics
- Ideally experience in the field of battery forming and battery testing
- Several years of professional experience in product management, ideally in the field of production equipment for battery manufacturing
- Fluent in German and English, language skills in Italian desirable
- Confident handling of common IT tools
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Social competence, ability to work under pressure and flexibility
- Determination and assertiveness
- Independent way of working
