YOUR TASKS:
- Technical and disciplinary management of the engineering area of the Battery Division
- Responsibility for the optimal cost and on-time execution and coordination of projects in engineering as well as in the area of new machine development
- Handling of customer projects in close cooperation with the engineering department of the Sovema Group in Italy
- Technical clarification and coordination of the preparation of plant layouts as well as the specifications and requirement specifications for the ordering of purchased trades
- Verification of the constructive designs with the specified project or order data
- International cooperation with the product management and project planning departments
- Evaluation and introduction of new technologies for innovative production processes for batteries

YOUR PROFILE:
- Successfully completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation technology, mechatronics, or a comparable technical field.
- Very good technical understanding required
- Knowledge in relevant processes for battery production or in the packaging area desirable
- Several years of professional experience in engineering, ideally in the field of production systems for battery manufacturing
- Experience in leading employees and engineering teams
- Confident handling of a common CAD system as well as Windows tools and SAP
- Social competence, ability to work under pressure and flexibility
- Team spirit, high commitment, creativity and initiative
- Willingness to travel internationally
