YOUR TASKS:
- Supporting the client platforms with regard to ESG issues
- Central contact person for ESG/CSR/EU taxonomy issues for the Group companies, internal audit and auditors in the context of internal and external (financial statement) audits
- Implementation of efficient systems for data procurement, management of the relevant key figures and rollout to the Group units
- Coordination of Group-wide ESG reporting processes, support with ESG communication and further development of risk and opportunity management for sustainability issues
- Developing suggestions for improvement and sharing best practice examples within the Group
- Monitoring and evaluating regulatory developments in the area of sustainability and deriving recommendations for action for management

YOUR PROFILE:
- Successfully completed (technical) university degree in economics, industrial engineering or comparable degree
- Several years of professional experience at a management consultancy/auditing firm and/or at an industrial/trading company in a similar function
- Specialist knowledge of ESG standards/reporting requirements according to GRI, CSRD, ESRS etc. and interest in sustainability management, additional qualification in the field of CSR (e.g. as CSR manager) an advantage
- Good MS Office skills
- High analytical and conceptual skills, very good self-organization as well as independent and result-oriented way of working
- Ability to work in a team and intercultural competence as well as very good communication skills
- Business fluent in English and German
