YOUR TASKS:
- Development and implementation of a digitalization strategy for procurement
- Technical project management of digitization projects in purchasing to optimize and increase transparency in the area of procurement
- Creation and optimization of data analysis for procurement
- Process responsibility for all IT processes in Purchasing and interface with IT
- Defining interfaces and improving processes together with related departments as part of the purchase-to-pay process
- Conception and implementation of information events and qualification training courses
- Introduction and optimization of e-procurement solutions and the BANF system
- Implementation of supplier loyalty (portal/EDI)
- Support in setting up and maintaining databases

YOUR PROFILE:
- Completed studies in business administration, business informatics or a comparable degree program
- IT affinity and at least 3 years of professional experience in the areas of digitization, data analysis and IT projects.
- Experience in procurement is desirable
- Knowledge of common software (SAP R/3, BW, MS Office) and digital solutions for procurement (e.g. process mining software)
- Project management skills
- Very good German language skills, good written and spoken English skills
- Communication skills, high level of commitment and initiative as well as ambition
