MKFVA compact dust collector with special features
One of our highlights is the MKFVA compact dust collector with special equipment options for the highest safety level, e.g. for titanium dusts with different extinguishing devices.
In its latest version, our MKFVA has been given a CO2 extinguishing system and extinguishing opening as a safety option. A perfect addition, because with its automatic, compressed air-assisted filter cleaning, MKFVA has long been considered the first choice for the pre-separation of larger quantities of dust - with absolutely simple handling.
Ideal for coarse particles - INRVAZRS the cyclone pre-separator with rotary valve
In order to separate coarse particles from the actual emission in the micro range during extraction, the newly developed INRVAZRS separator can now be connected upstream of the extraction unit.
A technical solution that pays off. Because the size of the extraction unit no longer has to depend on the amount of the total emission, but can be much smaller. This significantly reduces the costs of consumables and energy, which underlines the economic efficiency of this generation of separators.
ESTEUP40 - Network-compatible control board with extended functions
With the new development ESTEUP40, all extraction and filter units from Fuchs Umwelttechnik can be integrated with extended functions in a network-compatible manner.
The basic module is equipped with a micro SD card for software updates, basic parameterisation, back-ups and operating data: 10 digital inputs and outputs each and 4 analogue inputs and outputs. USB-C interface, I²C interface, 2 CAN bus interfaces and an RS232 interface.
